Mend Isar Combi Boiler Home Heating Hot Water

no hot water?isar ideal combi boiler?

can any1 help,i had a new boiler put in and ever since i ahve had nothin but problems....at the moment i have heatin but no hot water,but the boiler starts up and the light comes on...tried turning the water on at different pressures to see if that helps but nothin seems to work...please help

was the system flushed b4 new boiler fitted as these new boilers block up very easy they have very small water ways

you need to check this when the boiler is cold and run the hot tap feel where the heat is going normally straight into the heating.You can try shutting the flow and return pipes to see if the water gets hot but i would think the water to water plate heat exchanger is blocked or diverter valve faulty
