Mend Unidare WM 724 Replace Insulation Heater

How can I replace insulation in my unidare storage heater?

I have an old unidare WM 724 storage heater in which the front inside insulation panel is crumbling/disintegrating. do you know where I can get a relacement insulation panel? Also as I don't know how old the heater is , am I correct to assume the the existing insulation material is non asbestos?
