up on top of this page you should see an option that says "tools" click on that and then you should see "internet options"... once there. Look for "security"

You should see right in front of you a big red minus sign that says "restricted sites" click on that and then you should see where it says "sites" (below the white box) once you click on that you will see the list of sites that are blocked... chose the one you want to unblock... then click remove... then ok your way out...
