My Zanussi washer/dryer ZWD1480W washes ok but when I put it on a dryer setting it works ok but does not dry clothes completely only patially dry, I have to put it on to dry a second time.
the condenser is probably blocked with fluff which will give you poor air flow. the condeser is underneath the fan assembly.

I used to have one of these machines and discovered they are capable of washing more than they can dry in one go. Try taking half the load out and drying in two halves. It does work but not too practical when you want to set it and go out hence why I now have a different machine
