who can fix it ? 4me\\\?

Eurovox box 2008
my box went down a couple of months ago . Virgin sent signal to the box and know it is not working ,the box is new but no power at all. Was going to get a fuse for it but it is not a normal fuse so can you s help with this problem with the box.
