307Sw Very slow acceleration up until turbo kicks in?

My 307Sw Has very slow acceleration untill it hits the turbo at 2000revs then it is ok. but if the A/C or any other electrics are on then the acceleration is even slower. Is this normal for 307's or do i need to burn it and buy something else!!
