technika 19" LCD TV?

I have attached aerial to the tv but under digital it says 'no signal' and on analogue there is a very poor picture. When I unplug the aerial, that goes blank too! The set is quite new, although has been unused for at the last 18 months as it is in a spare room. When I plug another digi tv onto that aerial it is perfect, so it not a fault with that
