Sounds like a problem with the speaker/volume on your phone if other people can hear you fine. I would call Samsung/take it to your phone supplier as it may be a settings issue. Failing that, if the phone is within its 12 month warranty, it can be returned to Samsung and they SHOULD fix it free of charge (it is best to double check this with them as they have lots of bad reviews about faulty products).
