Mend Poulan Pro 255 Chainsaw Carburetor

starting a 255 poulan chainsaw?

I can't get the 255poulan pro chainsaw to start. It does fire on some of the starts but never keeps running.
Can I start all over adjusting the three screws[Hi,Lo, and throttle].
The air breather looks clean.
