Mend Peugeot 106 Window Windows Manual

How can i fix the mecognism for my window on a 106?

The windows are manual and i tried forcing it open when it was iced up and i think i broke the mocognism inside?? Any idea how much it is too fix and is it easy enough to do myslef?
