Mend Accenta Going Program Instructions

Accenta alarm keeps going off ?

i have recently moved into a house with an accenta alarm which keeps going off and the 2 lights on the outside box are flashing how can i fix this or re program since i have no instructions and dont know the model of alarm either? My house is 9 years old if that helps
