How can i fix my aroma pro bissell carpet cleaner?

The machine when switched on - no water coming through, therfore not cleaning the carpet. and the brush roller on the bottom seems to be loose. Is this easy to repair

i think that your belt might have broken. it drives the pump and the roller. there are instructions on how to change the belt on the bissel website
