I have a Bissell carpet cleaner prox. It is not letting the water go throug?

I have a Bissell pro x carpet shampooer. It is not letting the water go through. What is the problem?

Bissell Bissell ProX Household Appliances, Vacuum Cleaners Carpet Water Problem

If you get water from the hose, then it might be a blockage in either the heater, the spray nozzles or solenoid valve might be not working.

If you dont get water from the hose or the nozzles then it may be the pump that has gone.
