HOTPOINT AQURIUS TUMBLE DRYER CTD00P?

WET STEAM IS EXSCAPING FROM TOP RIGHT HAND SIDE OF DOOR JUST BELOW AND AROUND TIMER CONTROL.
AROUND TOP OF DOOR SEAL. SHOULD THIS HAPPEN.
I HAVE BROUGHT NEW SEAL, BUT NEED ADVICE ON HOW TO CHANGE DOOR SEAL
