IVECO , EUROCARGO 4X4 TECTOR , Base line version?

I am facing a similar problem , the vehicle diagnotics show EDC light continously while operation as well.

any suggestions ? why is it doing so ? im experiencing that the engine doesnt respond well to accelerator pedal
what can be the possible remedy
iam using E.A.S.Y Diagonostic kit , but cant figure out a way to trouble shoot this issue

help needed !
