neff oven goes to high temp when on low setting?

My neff double oven goes on max power with no temp control. Would this be the thermostat control or is there another senser in the oven that could be creating this fault. Also can it be fixed without removing the unit. U1322NOGB main section of the double.

Any help will be appreciated before i start the repair.
