Mend Electrolux Temperature Freezer Alarm

its alarm comes on after every cople of hours?

my fridge and freezer (electrolux) working perfectly well but for unknown reason its alarm (temprature) bleeps every couple of hours. i have tried to adjust the temp high/low but it does not make any difference, it has anti-freeze system and i was unable to find if the vents are blocked with dust or ice.
can you help?
