a fuse keeps blowing between the main box and my house box?

we have our main fuse box outside our house it has two other sub meters that come of it 1 for a shop that is not ours but part of the house,and also 1 for a waste treatment that deals with all the waste from the farm houses part of the landlords poperty.
what is going wrong is that a fuse box in one of my sheds keeps on blowing.it has its own fuse
