it,s a trosion bar so u need to take both end plates off n batter the bars out 1 at a time watch for the tenshion n the bar then turn each bar they.re multi splines mind mark each end with centre punch so u know where u started.its no the easiest o jobs a think each tooth lower,s it about 25mm.
