Mend Glow-worm 30CXI Boiler Fault

Fault F4 ?

I have a Glow worm 30CXI boiler that keeps coming up
with a fault of F4?

Any idea's

not absolutely sure on this, but i think fault f4 is a failure to ignite, go to glow-worms website, and you can download the manual for your boiler, it may give you more of an insight to the problem, jus make sure the gas is on as it wouldnt be the first time ive been to a boiler and it hasnt,
