Mend Singer Replacement Broken Bottom

Need replacement part for Singer Touch-Tronic 2010?

The bobbin will not rewind because of a broken part.
At the bottom of the shaft which you rotate to engage the bobbin the part which engages and raises the shaft that will turn the bobbin is broken. This piece, when turned, has a ramp surface which pushes up on the shaft to cause the small shaft to enter the slot on the bottom of the bobbin. Where can I get this piece?
