Mend Alpha CB50 Central Heating Hot Water Boiler

No hot water from my Alpha CB50 boiler?

I just installed an Alpha CB50 boiler. The central heating system works fine, but whe I set the boiler onto the Hot water only selector and turn tap on, I can't get hot water. Can anybody help? Thanks
