after a power cut my boiler will not fire up how can i ge into the shut do?

my super Q 50/90 WILL NOT FIRE UP AFTER A POWER CUT HOW DO I GET INTO THE SHUT DOWN BUTTON WHICH IS SHOWING RED WHEN I TURN IT ON .THANK YOU FROM LILY.
