Mend Valiant Thermocompact Heating Radiators Hot Water

whats wrong with our valiant thermocompact boilder ?

when the weather is very cold the radiators will not come on. The hot water is fine . British Gas came out when we had the same problem few weeks and fitted a new expansion vessel.
