Technika 22" Deleted Channel Restore?

I have a 22" Tecknika tv and after going thru set up all channels working fine except I can't get channel 3 (ITV) looked thru intructions and there is a part which says you can delete a channel, don't think I did this but if I have can I reset system somehow to regain channel 3?
