BISSEL QUICK STEAMER WONT PUT WATER OUT?

bissel steamer will not pick up water motor running side belt not broke.

Sometimes the line if plugged with shampoo. Try putting really hot water in the tank with no carpet shampoo and see if you can get it try put out the water. This has worked for me in the past. Also if you do get it working make sure to flush out the line after you are done but only use hot water no shampoo.
