Need help with Peugot 106 immobiliser diesel 1995?

We have a S registered Peugot 106 Diesel and one day the key would not turn in ignition. Got new ignition barrel from breakers that is not a chipped key. Old immobiliser aerial that fitted round barrel is broken and got another one from breakers but don't know where to get it chipped to new aerial if this is all I need to do?
