Air bag light flashing, and hazard lights dont work?

My Peugeot Partner hand book states
- If the air bag warning light comes on followed by an audible signal take the vehicle to a PEUGEOT dealer to have the system checked -. The hazards could be linked but you can tell until it's tested.
Diagnostics aren't cheap
My advice until you know what the faults are an what the cost of repair is I wouldn't touch it
Someone who is a mechanic may come back with a price you can then decide.
Mot 1yr .. Service history...... condition state of tyres.
