how do i get the washer to drain?

the washer has bin on a programme and it will not drain or spin how can i ressolve this please

Switch the machine off and pull it out into the open where you can get at it.Unhook the drain hose and gently lower it into a bucket or bowl and the water will drain out of the machine. With the water out, the machine should unlock the door and you can remove your clothes.
Now check out why the pump failed to work. Is it jammed (money, nails etc)? Motor not working? Wiring?
