Mend Proform 850 Machine Stiff Noise

Elliptical machine doesn't rotate?

My Proform 850 just assembled, Very stiff rotation, with grating noise. Internal flywheel thing looks to be not tightened down enough perhaps, is this a common problem and can it just be opened up and tightened?
