Mend Zanussi ZT1012 Washing Machine Drain Spin Cycle

drain , spin cycle the machine starts making a binding noise?

Hi, Zanussi zt 1012, aquacycle 1000. when on drain and spin cycle the machine started to make a binding noise , stopped machine, emptied and noticed drum quit stiff to turn. (more clockwise the problem) Any ideas what the problem could be ?,,,,, machine is approx 3yrs old. Thanks

shine a torch down between the rubber door gasket and the stainless inner drum .Gentally pull it apart for easier access.in that gap check for clothes being trapped.common issue
