There is not a reset switch, although it will have an internal fuse in the main board under the display panel. This will either be the traditional glass type, or the small PCB mounted fuse which looks like a little black capacitor. Other than that, there are numerous problems associated with the board, but before discarding it, unplug the water up (underneith the washer) and see if the unit powers up. If the impedence of the water pump is too high, the machine will not start.
