ignition barrel change?

hi had a vivacity 50 cc stolen it has now been recovered i need to change the igintion barrel but i dont know how to do it can anyone help ,the nuts seem to be out of reach of getting a socket over them,manage to sort out the kickstart as it was jammed just needed greaseing .
