I have updated my Freeview software and now have lost channels?

Since I updated the software, to take in the channel number changes, I have lost The Hits, FTN, TMF & Men and Motors. I have a 2nd box, from the same aerial, and this is OK because I have not updated the software. I have spoken to 'FREEVIEW' and they cannot help - can anyone else?

Video, DTT Receivers Freeview Channels Channel Changes

Using the cable directly from the aerial (without splitters etc) connect to the troublesome box and search for channels as signal losses could be the cause.
