Mend PulsaCoil III Boiler Temperature Scalding

I have a PulsaCoil lll?

I have a pulsa Coil III, i find sometimes that when i go to have a bath or a shower there is no hot water. eventhough I have have it switched on constantly...even the booster and have used no hot water the past couple of days. The water can sometimes be boling hot where it actually burns your skin or is cold. Please help?
