Thanks Steve, I have also been told I need a special tool for the clutch for this chainsaw. Punching the clutch looks iffy as to breaking something along the way. The clutch has a three screw removalable cover plate. Thanks Again. Dave

Usually you take the plug out, place a piston stop in the plug hole and then knock the clutch off in a CLOCKWISE direction with an old screwdriver/punch or spanner if it has a hex spanner fitting. Always grease the bearing when refitting.
