how can i fix my Ideal Icos He18 boiler?

I have power running into my ICOS HE18 but the control panel does not illuminate any error codes at all its just dead, if you press the on off switch you might get a quick blink of the led display but nothing more. on testing the on off switch a volt stick detected the switch opereation was ok. any ideas on this one.
