how can I fix my Bosch washing machine?

hi on the front of the machine either bottom right or left there shud be a small pull down door behind this should be your filter on some models there is a small black pipe with a bung in the end if you take the bung out you can drain the water out through this when its all out tilt the machine back a bit and undo the filter put a bowl underneath the front because there will most likely be a bit of water still in you can then check the filter and check to see if the pump is blocked, hope this helps
