How do I replace my Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer FF72 Motorised Baffle?

How do I replace my Hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer FF72 Motorised Baffle?
The freezer registers -22°C but the fridge shows +24°C. The fan motor is running but cool air is not entering the fridge - hence belief that motorised baffle has failed closed?
