Where do I find schematics for my Lane recliner?

Where do I find schematics for Lane recliner? The spring that connects the foot rest to the rest of the chair came off, where does it attach. I had to have the square tube base that attaches to the wood welded because the welds broke. Now I have to put it all back together.
