Mend Vaillant VUW242E / VUW282E Heating Low Pressure

Low pressure reading ?

Vaillant VUW242E / VUW282E
I have noted the lower guage on the right hand side reads zero when cold and .7 bar when running. The manual says if it's below .8 bar when cold it needs to be topped up. Where do I fill it and do I use normal tap water?

There should be a tap on inlet cold water pipe just open it gently to allow water into sytem and pressure to increase, then turn off.
