Mend Britony 11T Light Appears Working

How can I fix my Britony 11 T water heater?

I am unable to light the pilot light. Sparker appears to be working.

You can't. If you take the case off you are in breach of the gas regulations. You definitley need a Corgi registered gas fitter!!

If you have twisted the pilot knob around to the spark ignition Bernard and its not firing,you may have to take the case off to relight it manually.Pull the 2 knobs off on the front and you will see a screw under one of them.Take that one out and one at the very top and at the bottom of the case.The case will then lift off but pay extreme care to the case gasket as it sticks to the case sometimes.Hopefully you should then be able to relight it .DO NOT fire it up to full gas until you have the case back on
