Mend Vitamaster Slender Cycle Broken Replace

How do I repair/replace a broken pedal ?

How can I replace or repair a broken pedal on my Vitamaster Slender Cycle exercise bike? The center rod is still in place but the outside bracket is missing but the screws running through the rubber pedals appear to be fine.
