Mend Diplomat AMP 8702 Washing Machine Noise Repair

What is wrong with my Diplomat AMP 8702 washing machine? ?

Although it is still cleaning my clothes there is a loud noice when it comes to spinning, it still spins but when the load is finished I have to put it for another spin as clothes are wetting than they should be at it spins fine?
