ORANGE LIGHT KEEPS FLASHING AND THE BOX WILL NOT COME ON. I HAVE TRYED TO RESET IT AND IT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING, I AM STUCK WITH A BOX THAT WONT WORK CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
