Mend Zanussi TDS 383W Working Heat Checked

my zanussi tds 383w dryer isnt working at max heat? ?

why cant i get max heat from my dryer? ive checked filters and outlet pipe....its currently about 8 yrs old please can you suggest what to do.

Zanussi Zanussi TDS 383W Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Working Heat Checked

has one side of the element failed.there are 2 elements built into one package.one side can fail giving half heat on full heat programs
