Mend Whirlpool ED25CEXJW00 Replace Model Checked

How do you replace a whirlpool ED25CEXJW00 refrigerator thermostat?

I have a Whirlpool refrigerator model number ED25CEXJW00, which has stopped running. I checked and replaced the relay. When I turn the thermostat all the way down and then back on, the fan runs for about 2-5 minutes. I'm thinking that I have a faulty thermostat.
