Peugeot 306 1997 p reg?

all of a sudden the central locking has packed up on my peugeot 306,did have remote locking but lost key,just used the spare to open by the lock,now it will only unlock the one door ,checked fuse ok doesn't make the normal sound like it was electrical,does any one have any ideas thanks alison
