I have a Glowworm 38 Space Saver Gas boiler and its not behaving.
Initially I would like to open the boiler. DO I need to open any screws ? Does the lid just come off ?
Please could someone email me any manual or instruction manual , so that I a can diagnose it. I have replaced the spark generator. Now it is sparking but I think the thermocouple needs replacing ?
Thanks. I would be delighted if you could help

If you are not Corgi Regd you shouldnt be touching it.These are one of the easiest boilers of all to work on so it is blatantly clear you havent a clue.Get someone in who does.

I think you will find the case on this boiler is the seal for the combustion chamber and therefore would come under the label of 'gas work' and certainly replacing the thermocouple would do. You must by law have a CORGI registered engineer carry out this work. By you title I am guessing you could be a landlord or agent or simular and doing jobs like this can have a prison sentence and or a severe fine attached.
