glowworm space saver 50 mk 2?

i have a problem with the pilot light not staying on,i think its the thermocouple but i cannot get the cover off to expose the inside of the boiler.any tips on getting the front cover off

There are 2 screws through lugs at the top back edge of the casing. Then the casing just lifts up and off if I remember rightly. The thermocouple is cheap and easy to replace, but I often get trouble in May because the wind blows directly onto the wall on which the balanced flue is mounted and blows the pilot light out frequently
